Like my brothers, it was always part of the plan to join Carrs after finishing my education, and once I started showing an aptitude for marketing, my niche was carved.
The first 18 months of my working life were spent with the customer service and sales departments. A three-year break followed, during which time Richard and I ran our own business, getting involved in
all aspects of management.
As sales director I am constantly looking for new products and markets to develop. Our challenge now is to invigorate the younger sector, which I believe holds the key to a viable future for Carrs.
