Charles Warriner

Production Director

My history with Carrs began back in September of 1985, where I was employed in one of the Sheffield Jewellery stores. In January 1986, following a move to the factory, I had decided I wanted a career with the company who’s innovative and modern approach to silverware was making it an international success. Over the next 14 years I adapted to various roles throughout production, which provided me with a wide range of knowledge and experience of the manufacture of our products.

In 1999, the opportunity arose for me to move into the administrative side of the business. During the following 12 years I became part of the management team with responsibilities for a variety of functions including costing and product pricing, product maintenance on the computer systems, purchasing and stock control.

December 2011 brought a return to production, allowing me to use the skills developed over the previous 26 years.

I enjoy my role and take pleasure in working alongside the highly skilled, hardworking and motivated team we have at Carrs. We have already achieved a reputation within the silverware industry for our creative product ranges and I am most excited about the bespoke service we now offer to our clients.

I look forward to what the future holds for all of us at Carrs as we develop the business, diversifying and adapting our skills to meet the demands of the ever-exacting market.
