When I joined Carrs in 1998, I had been in the industry for over 17 years working for a UK manufacturer of silver plated giftware. I was employed primarily to assist in the development of Carrs Silver export business, and in particular, to change the distribution channels of the company’s products worldwide.
More recently I have become more involved in the company’s UK sales, helping to provide a more focussed customer service.
Going forward, I hope to concentrate on various specific international markets to improve sales by identifying customer’s wishes and expectations, and helping to ensure that the company responds to meet and exceed these needs.
